Adjustable Eerder Xplorer rain cover which I developed in 2025 together with Radical Design over here in the Netherlands. It's produced in their Dutch workshop and made with their first class materials like the Robic 100D Honeycomb Nylon material with PU coating and UV filter (PFC free). All seems and stitches are tape sealed. The dimensions measured at the seams are 27 cm x 57cm x 38cm tall and it fits nicely over all Xplorer bag configurations from no pockets on the outside to 6 pockets and will fit well on most large Brompton bags with the 40x30 cm luggage frame. A slender bag like the Brompton Game back might be a bit on the small side for this cover though.
Designing a rather expensive rain cover for the Xplorer bag which is pretty much waterproof* might seem a bit foolish, but what about entering the office or a cafe with your dripping wet bag or doing multi hour long rides in the pouring rain or living in Singapore where it can be damp and rainy (or damp and hot) and take long to get your bag dry? Sometimes it's just better to keep the moisture away..

Maximum bag size is the Xplorer bag with 6 fully stuffed pockets, the main compartment fully stuffed and a sleeping roll on top, which measures around 155 cm in circumference. On smaller bags than that, down to the Xplorer bag without any pockets, the opening at the bottom of the bag can be pulled tight with the elastic cord at the bottom and the Velcro straps at the sides.
The Eerder Xplorer rain cover is much bigger than the other rain cover I sell and is of the highest quality, made with care in the Netherlands
It can also be a nice cover for backpacks (day packs)
