Eerder metaal parts kit Alfine 8 Extended for Smart Sam 2.35" for Brompton G line

Eerder metaal kit Extended for Alfine 8 works with Schwalbe Smart Sam 2.35" tires and other tires with the same or smaller actual width and height. For all Alfine 8 G-line Bromptons

Only 5 kits are currently being produced.

The derailleur kit consists of:

1. Left and right Quick Release type Extended dropouts (stainless steel) including steel dropout bolts and nuts (to replace the original aluminium bolts and nuts, do not reuse them, they break easily !)
2. 8R Blue and 8L Green Shimano anti rotation (non turn) washers, use the 8R at the left and the 8L at the right.
3. Longer shift cable as the cable routing will change with these dropouts
4. Eerder X Rohloff chain tensioner bolted to the derailleur dropout for easy wheel removal, it swivels back just like a rear derailleur
5. Rear rack offsetters to move the rear mudguard (and the rack) up to clear the fatter Smart Sam tyre
6. Eerder long and low profile Front light mount for Son, stainless steel. This light mount is designed to clear the Son light on the original Brompton luggage frame and the Eerder Full metal Frame on both the plastic Brompton luggage block and the Full metal Bracket for G line. It can also be used for Cateye Ampp lights with the Eerder Ampp light adapter (coming soon). It makes a split mudguard blade possible to clear the fatter Smart Sam tyre. For that you also need the front mudguard offsetters.

8. 160mm XLC disc rotor set Centerlock front and rear. These Extended dropouts only work with a 160mm disc rotor, not the standard 140mm rotor. A a result no FM adapter is needed. The original front Flatmount adapter can be put upside down on the fork to fit the 160mm rotor.
