The original gangster was made by Suntour and called Suntour XC-Ⅱ a.k.a. the "Bear Trap" . Now MKS is re-producing these legendary bear trap pedals with small changes. The XC's are Grippy, but still leave freedom for foot position adjustments! The 102 mm wide and 92mm long cage gives a good and balanced foot support. The 8 grip points on each side of the pedal body are sitting a bit lower than the cage for good arch support (concave platform). MKS is well known and respected for it's serviceable high quality and perfectly hand adjusted 'cup-cone' bearings. And that's what's inside these XC-IIIpedals. Also available with an extra set of cages anodised in Orange, Purple and Blue for some colorful bling on your Brompton!

This is a special version of the MKS XC-IIIwith at the left side an EZY Superior coupler and the right side standard (non detachable) These are unique sets made on my request! The left side EZY version comes without a pouch (but you can get a more convenient magnetic pedal holder) and is sold at a lower price than the both sides EZY Superior but does what it needs to do for your Brompton. You don't need a detachable right side pedal on a Brompton, but if you, for some reason, do need it, I have those too.
