The Pack stretch strap is the slightly wider and longer than the Commuter strap and ideal for bigger and heavier objects. It can be used on the #mainframehugger utility platform for Brompton bikes, just as the Commuter strap, but you will have more excess webbing when not in use and still attached to the platform. So you will be able to strap bigger boxes, but keep in mind that your legs need freedom to pedal.
The pack stretch straps can also be used as a replacement for the original Brompton shock cords on the Rack type bikes giving a much tighter grip for heavier and bigger stuff as they are effectively longer.
Note: the Commuter straps are with their max 720 mm length effectively the same length (stretched all the way) as the original Brompton shock cords, but can easily be moved to other sections of the rack and more are more secure for heavier loads.
The "flat cargo stretch straps", designed specifically for bicycles and what not, have an adjustable length, a stretch section of natual rubber, a Nylon buckle for quick opening and closing and loops at the ends of the webbing (in stead of hooks that may accidentally shoot out of your hands and end up in your eye).
