Single replacement rack stay stainless steel for the classic Brompton rack

Individually sold single forward (short) or rearward (long) stainless steel rack stay for Brompton C line and all classic predecessors with an aluminium platform and four rivited aluminium stays.
These stainless steel stays can handle way more load and have a high resistance against metal fatique fracture. These are probably the last replacement stays you'll ever need to buy.
Material: RAW brushed and ends polished 304 Stainless steel tube 8x1mm
Stainless steel hardware included to replace the original plated steel rivets. Rivet heads have to be drilled off with a 5 mm drill bit. Use a center punch first to get a good start at the center of the rivet.
Weight: 37 gram for short and 40 gram for long stay (16 and 17 gram original aluminium stays)
